目的 :观察复方丹参滴丸对豚鼠卡那霉素 (Kanamycin)耳中毒的影响。方法 :建立豚鼠 Kanam ycin耳中毒模型 ,分别以复方丹参滴丸水溶液、生理盐水对观察组、对照组实验动物模型进行干预 ,比较两组听神经复合电位 (CAP)、部分血液流变学、SOD和 MDA参数变化。结果 :与对照组相比 ,观察组 CA P阈值明显降低 (t=2 .2 3,P<0 .0 5 ) ;ηb、ηp、RE、IR有明显改善作用 (t=2 .2 1、2 .14、2 .2 8、2 .38、3.0 2 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;SOD、MDA明显减轻 (t=3.5 6 7,P<0 .0 1;t=2 .476 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :Kanam ycin耳中毒模型可以反映豚鼠听力损害。复方丹参滴丸可能是通过改善豚鼠内耳微循环、血液流变 ,减轻毛细胞脂质过氧化损害。提示 :Kanamycin耳中毒机理与内耳毛细胞脂质过氧化有关 ,复方丹参滴丸可治疗 Kanamycin耳中毒损害。
Objective : To observe the effect of compound Danshen Dripping Pills on the kaninmycin ear poisoning in guinea pigs. METHODS: A guinea pig Kanam ycin poisoning model was established. The experimental animal models of the observation group and the control group were treated with compound Danshen Dripping Pills solution and physiological saline respectively. The auditory nerve complex potential (CAP), partial hemorheology, and SOD were compared between the two groups. MDA parameter changes. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the CAP threshold in the observation group was significantly lower (t=2.33, P<0.05); ηb, ηp, RE, and IR were significantly improved (t=2.21). 2.14, 2.28, 2.38, 3.02, P<0.05. ; SOD, MDA significantly reduced (t=3.56 7, P<0. 01; t=2.476, P <0 .0 5 ). Conclusion: Kanam ycin ear poisoning model can reflect the hearing impairment in guinea pigs. Compound Danshen Dripping Pills may improve the microcirculation and blood rheology of the inner ear of guinea pigs and reduce hair cell lipid peroxidation damage. Tip: The mechanism of Kanamycin ototoxicity is related to the lipid peroxidation of inner ear hair cells. Compound Danshen Dripping Pills can treat Kanamycin poisoning in the ear.
