针对稠油热采热流体注入过程,采用理论分析和数值模拟计算的方法,建立了注入过程的能量平衡方程,给出了精确解析解;对相变流体(蒸汽)注入过程,给出了热损数值计算方法.基于无相变热流体温度变化精确解析解进行了计算,分析了油管隔热性能、地温梯度和对注入流量变化等对沿程温降影响.研究结果表明:油管隔热性能越好注入流体的热损失越小,热流体注入的速度较大时有利于减少散热损失.研究结论对于减少热量损失、提高原油产量有一定的参考价值.
Aiming at the hot fluid injection process of heavy oil thermal recovery fluid, the energy balance equation of the injection process was established by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method, and the exact analytical solution was given. For the injection of phase change fluid (steam) Based on the exact analytic solution of temperature change of non-phase-change fluid, the influence of tubing insulation, geothermal gradient and injection flow rate on temperature drop is analyzed.The results show that the thermal insulation performance of tubing The better the heat loss of the injected fluid is, the faster the hot fluid is injected is beneficial to reduce the heat loss.The research conclusion has certain reference value for reducing the heat loss and increasing the crude oil output.
