诺氟沙星(Norfloxacin,氟哌酸)是第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药,主要用于泌尿系及胃肠道感染。其胶囊的含量测定有非水滴定法、紫外分光光度法及荧光法等。笔者设计了荧光分光光度法,比报道的荧光法具有荧光稳定、操作简便、线性范围宽等优点,取得了满意的结果。现介绍如下。 1 仪器与试药仪器:美国Turner-430型荧光分光光度计波长经校正。药品;诺氟沙星(进口原料)mp:218-224℃、经三次重结晶,非水法测定含量为99.8％,薄层检查未见杂质
