目的了解合肥市大学生的饮食习惯,为相关部门开展大学生营养膳食干预提供循证依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,在合肥市5所高校共抽取2 296名在校学生,自行设计膳食习惯调查问卷进行问卷调查。结果仅68.3%的大学生荤素搭配,43.7%有挑食习惯,58.5%有吃零食的习惯,51.3%饮食规律。66.6%的大学生当天吃了早餐,男生有40.4%未吃早餐,女生此比例为26.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=48.93,P<0.05)。60.0%的学生早餐食用面食,仅17.5%饮用牛奶,早餐开支平均为(4.1±2.2)元。77.2%的学生中餐选择大米作为主食,食用粗粮的仅4.7%,中餐开支平均为(8.8±6.2)元。87.1%的学生吃了晚餐,51.2%选择大米作为主食,晚餐开支平均为(9.4±11.6)元。结论大学生饮食习惯仍存在问题,应加强宣传教育,平衡膳食结构,纠正饮食不良习惯,提高膳食的合理性、科学性。
Objective To understand the dietary habits of undergraduates in Hefei and provide evidence-based evidence for the relevant departments to carry out nutritional interventions among college students. Methods By stratified cluster sampling method, a total of 2 296 students were enrolled in 5 colleges and universities in Hefei. Self-designed questionnaires were used to conduct questionnaire survey. Results only 68.3% of college students with meat and vegetables, 43.7% have picky habits, 58.5% have eating habits, 51.3% diet. 66.6% of college students ate breakfast on the same day, 40.4% of boys did not eat breakfast and 26.6% of girls, the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 48.93, P <0.05). 60.0% of students consumed pasta for breakfast and only 17.5% of them consumed milk, with breakfast expenses averaging (4.1 ± 2.2) yuan. 77.2% chose rice as their staple food for Chinese meals, while only 4.7% consumed coarse grains. Their average expenditure on Chinese food was (8.8 ± 6.2) yuan. 87.1% of students ate dinner, 51.2% chose rice as their staple food, and dinner expenses averaged (9.4 ± 11.6) yuan. Conclusion There are still some problems in college students’ eating habits. Publicity and education should be strengthened, the dietary structure should be balanced, the unhealthy diet should be corrected, and the rationality and scientificity of diet should be improved.
