为研究K447A合金渗AlSi涂层的抗高温氧化性能,采用无机盐料浆法在K447A镍基高温合金表面制备AlSi涂层,用带能谱的扫描电镜对涂层的微观组织和成分进行了分析。此外,对带AlS i涂层的K447A试样进行了1050℃抗高温氧化性能实验。
In order to study the high temperature oxidation resistance of AlSi coating infiltrated by K447A alloy, the AlSi coating was prepared on the surface of K447A nickel base superalloy by inorganic salt slurry method. The microstructure and composition of the coating were analyzed by energy dispersive scanning electron microscope . In addition, KS-Al-coated K447A samples were tested for their high temperature oxidation resistance at 1050 ℃.
