在热力学分析Fe-Au-Fe3+-SCN-体系的基础上,探讨氧化剂三价铁离子对该置换反应的影响,提出应用氟化物来克服三价铁离子对该置换反应的负面影响。试验结果表明:三价铁离子的存在,严重抑制该置换反应。浸出液中氟化物的加入,能克服三价铁离子对该置换反应的抑制作用并提高金的回收率。给出了该方法的机制。
On the basis of thermodynamic analysis of Fe-Au-Fe3 + -SCN- system, the effect of oxidant ferric ion on the displacement reaction was discussed. Fluoride was used to overcome the negative effect of ferric ion on the displacement reaction. The experimental results show that the presence of ferric ions seriously inhibits the displacement reaction. The addition of fluoride in the leaching solution can overcome the inhibitory effect of ferric ion on the displacement reaction and increase the gold recovery rate. The mechanism of this method is given.
