The survival rate, growth and feed conversion efficiency of Paralichthys oliva-ceus juveniles under different salinities were observed in laboratory glass aquariums and plastic buckets. The oxygen consumption rate was also determined. The results showed that the survival rate of juvenile flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) was 100% when the juvenile flounder was salted from seawater with salinity 32 to low salt water at 8 and 48 h after salinity, and died when salinity was 2 after domestication. The juveniles of Paralichthys olivaceus grow faster when the salinity is 16, 24 and 32, the fastest growth when the salinity is 24, and the slowest when the salinity is 8. The efficiency of feed conversion was the highest at salinity 24 and 16, the salinity 32 and the salinity 8 at the lowest. The oxygen consumption rate is the lowest at salinity 24 and highest at salinity 8. In addition, experiments show that low salinity is conducive to the recovery of Japanese albino albino.
