财务共享服务中心作为财务管理的一种新模式,同时也作为企业增强管控能力的重要手段之一,它通过一种有效的运作模式,充分利用信息技术优势和专业化分工,将会计基础核算等低附加值的工作集中起来。它能够有效地降低企业的运营管理成本,大大提升企业经营管理效率,加强企业核心竞争力,越来越受到企业集团的重视和关注。我国企业集团的财务共享服务中心模式的研究和应用目前尚处于起步阶段,本文首先通过对财务服务共享中心的理念阐述及建设财务共享服务中心的前提条件,认识到构建财务共享服务中心的必要性,通过提出构建集团企业财务共享服务中心有效策略及建议实现财务共享服务中心在我国的应用。
