目的 :调查青岛与呼和浩特两地区儿童少年瞳距发育情况 ,研究儿童少年瞳距生长发育规律。方法 :对青岛和呼和浩特地区 4 971例 5~ 17岁儿童少年进行横断面调查 ,用游标卡尺测瞳距并对结果进行分析。结果 :青岛地区 5~ 17岁儿童少年瞳距从 5 2 .0 7mm增至 6 0 .19mm ,呼和浩特市的儿童少年瞳距从 5 0 .4 7mm增至 5 9.39mm ,两地区男性瞳孔距离均大于女性 (P <0 .0 1) ,青岛地区瞳距均数为 5 7.0 3mm ,大于呼和浩特地区 5 6 .2 8mm(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :两地区儿童和青少年瞳距的生长发育经历了 6~ 9岁及 10~ 15岁 2个高峰 ,男性 16岁 ,女性 14岁的瞳孔距离已达成人水平
Objective: To investigate the relationship between IPD of children and adolescents in Qingdao and Hohhot, and to study the law of pupillary distance growth in children and adolescents. Methods: A total of 4 971 children from 5 to 17 years old in Qingdao and Hohhot were surveyed by cross section. The pupil distance was measured by vernier caliper and the results were analyzed. Results: The pupillary distance of children aged 5-17 years in Qingdao increased from 52.07mm to 60.19mm, the pupillary distance of children and adolescents in Hohhot increased from 50.77mm to 5 9.39mm, and the pupillary distances in both regions were (P <0.01). The average pupillary distance in Qingdao was 5 7.03 mm, which was greater than 56.28 mm (P <0.01) in Hohhot. Conclusion: The pupillary distance of children and adolescents in the two regions has experienced growth and development at 6-9 and 10-15 years old. The male pupil is 16 years old and the female pupil is 14 years old. The pupillary distance has reached the adult level
