目的对地锦草不同萃取部位进行体外抗真菌实验,测定其最小抑菌浓度值(MIC)。方法采用溶剂萃取法分离地锦草乙醇提取液,得到水、石油醚、氯仿、正丁醇等4个萃取部位;根据美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)推荐的《产孢丝状真菌的液基稀释法抗真菌药物敏感性试验方案》(M38-A),测定地锦草各萃取部位对23株临床常见皮肤癣菌的MIC。结果由于地锦草萃取分离后的石油醚和氯仿部位在药敏试验中的溶解度甚小,影响结果的科学观察,本研究主要针对正丁醇和水部位的体外药敏进行了检测,正丁醇和水部位对真菌有明显的抑制作用,并且正丁醇部位的作用优于水部位。结论地锦草萃取部位具有体外抗真菌作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the antifungal activity of different extracts of Radix Emeisae in vitro and determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). Methods Four extracts of water extract, petroleum ether, chloroform and n-butanol were obtained by solvent extraction. According to the recommendations of the American Clinical Laboratory Standardization Committee (NCCLS) Basal Dilution Antifungal Susceptibility Test Protocol "(M38-A) was used to determine the MIC of all the 23 clinical dermatophytes isolated from the extracts of Ustilago Fortunella. Results As the solubility of petroleum ether and chloroform in the drug-sensitive test after the isolation and extraction of Euphorbia humifusa was very small, and the scientific observation of the results was effected, the in vitro susceptibility of n-butanol and water was examined in this study. The water part of the fungi have obvious inhibitory effect, and the role of n-butanol than the water site. Conclusion The extract of Euphorbiaceae has antifungal activity in vitro.
