本文是首钢高炉喷煤粉技术发展十七年来的简要总结.介绍了首钢在高炉喷煤粉方面所取得的成就;首钢喷煤系统的概况、工艺流程及其特点;煤粉喷入高炉的行为和影响;并对喷煤量和置换比问题进行了探讨;对于喷吹烟煤和无烟煤在操作技术上的差异,进行了较详细的说明.最后,通过用首钢高炉的焦比与先进的日本高炉焦比的对照分析,说明高炉喷吹煤粉技术的优越性,并展望了此项技术的发展前景.
