通过对321奥氏体不锈钢进行固溶处理和稳定化处理,研究了不同处理方法对其性能的影响。结果表明,经过固溶处理后321不锈钢的耐腐蚀性能提高;再经过稳定化处理后耐腐蚀性能更高,且晶粒细小;经过固溶处理、稳定化处理后奥氏体不锈钢的力学性能没有明显变化。
Through the solution treatment and stabilization of 321 austenitic stainless steel, the effects of different treatment methods on its performance were studied. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of 321 stainless steel increased after solution treatment. The corrosion resistance of the 321 stainless steel increased after the stabilization treatment and the grain size was fine. The mechanical properties of the austenitic stainless steel after solution treatment were not obvious change.
