目标设置理论认为外来的刺激都是通过目标来影响动机的,目标具有导向功能、激活功能、维持功能和唤醒功能等。在高职院校科研管理中比较重要的影响因素有目标承诺、反馈信息、任务策略等。本文以北京农业职业学院为例,认为加强高职院校的科研管理应注重个人目标、学院总体目标与社会需求的密切结合,并适当设定目标的难度,做好绩效考核,通过有效激励约束,引导科研目标的实现。
The goal setting theory holds that external stimuli affect the motivation through the goal, which has the guiding function, the activating function, the maintaining function and the awakening function. The most important influencing factors in scientific research management in higher vocational colleges are target commitment, feedback information, task strategy and so on. Taking Beijing Agricultural Vocational College as an example, this paper argues that to strengthen the management of scientific research in higher vocational colleges should focus on personal goals, the overall objectives of the college and the social needs of the close combination, and the difficulty of setting objectives, performance appraisal, through effective incentive constraints , Guide the realization of scientific research goals.
