Guilin Machine Tool Plant is a comprehensive reform pilot enterprise in Guangxi and Guilin. Last year, the plant’s transition management mechanism introduced a policy of tilting to front-line workers and scientific and technological personnel, which allowed the company to enter the track of rapid development. This year, the plant has intensified its reform efforts.
