本研究对棉花的衣分、铃重、子指等性状进行了主基因-多基因模型的P1、P2、F1、F2、B1、B2六世代联合分析。从估算不同性状的爱氏信息准则(AIC)值出发,对AIC值最小模型进行适合性检验和混合模型参数估计,结果说明衣分、铃重、子指皆为一个主基因-多基因遗传,但其主基因、多基因遗传率及基因加性、显性效应随杂交组合、杂交母本、回交母本等的不同而有较大差异。此外,性状间的遗传相关分析说明,衣分、纤维量、短绒量与铃重间都存在显著或极显著的表现型、基因型及加性正相关,而铃重与子指间各项基因效应分量相关不显著
In this study, we combined the six generations of P1, P2, F1, F2, B1 and B2 of the major gene-polygene model for the cotton clones, boll weight, finger and other traits. Based on the estimation of AIC values of different traits, the suitability test and mixed model parameter estimation of the minimum AIC value model were conducted. The results showed that the components, boll weight, and daughter finger were all one major gene - polygene inheritance, However, the major genes, polygene heritability and gene additive, dominant effect with the hybrid combinations, hybrid maternal, back to the mother of the mother and other differences are quite different. In addition, the genetic correlation analysis between the characters showed that there were significant or extremely significant phenotypes among the litter size, the amount of fiber, the amount of cashmere and the boll weight, and the genotype and additive were positively correlated.
