水泥稳定天然砂砾材料的强度高、稳定性好、造价相对低廉。然而天然材料在开采过程中级配会有大的改变,亟需一种有效的、动态的配合比调整措施来进行现场的施工质量控制。本文将介绍北(安)黑(河)高速公路路面基层生产采用掺配一定规格与比例的碎石来改善天然砂砾的级配,并通过近似计算确定集料的比表面积。成功应用该方法预测水泥稳定砂砾的7 d无侧限抗压强度,以及进行水泥稳定砂砾配合比的动态控制。
Cement Stabilized natural gravel material of high strength, good stability, the cost is relatively low. However, gradation of natural materials in the mining process will have a big change, there is an urgent need for an effective and dynamic mix adjustment measures for on-site construction quality control. This article will introduce the North (Ann) black (river) highway pavement base level production with a certain size and proportion of gravel mixed grading to improve the natural gravel, and approximate calculation to determine the aggregate surface area. This method was successfully applied to predict the unconfined compressive strength of 7 days for cement stabilized grit and the dynamic control of cement stabilized grit ratio.
