Economic theory is still not a good explanation why the organization changes and how to change. On the one hand, neoclassical economics and neoinstitutional economics, which are based on a balanced view, focus only on the due status of the organization, but ignore how the organization achieves this status. In this perspective, organizational change has only a goal but no process. On the other hand, evolutionary economists focus only on the organization’s adaptation to the environment and ignore the conscious change in the organization itself. In this perspective, organizational change is an infinite process without goals. The purpose of this paper is to study the conscious changes within the organization by discussing two different types of change processes characterized by “equilibrium” and “evolution.” The first two parts were discussed
