为了解决我国发射药盆式干燥设备和工艺存在干燥时间长、安全性低、自动化程度低、能耗高、操作过程人员密集、劳动强度大等难题,在干燥原理的基础上,研制了平面热板旋振式烘干机、气动式给料机、导静电预处理装置等设备,实现了发射药干燥的连续化与自动化。
