目的:分析烟台地区不同医院早产儿的出生率、死亡率、早产原因、并发症发生率,为了解烟台地区的早产儿情况提供临床依据。方法:通过分析2008年烟台地区不同级别和类型的4家医院早产儿情况调查表,比较不同医院早产儿出生率、死亡率、早产原因、并发症的区别。结果:4家医院早产儿平均出生率为4.7%,其中烟台毓璜顶医院早产儿出生率高于其他医院。4家医院早产儿平均死亡率为5.7%,招远市人民医院死亡率明显高于其他医院。毓璜顶医院与烟台山医院早产原因多见于妊娠期高血压疾病、胎膜早破、多胎,而芝罘区妇幼保健院及招远人民医院则以胎膜早破、脐带及胎盘异常为主。毓璜顶医院以呼吸系统并发症最多见,烟台山医院及芝罘区妇幼保健院以黄疸最多见,而招远市人民医院以代谢最多见。结论:烟台地区早产儿出生率及死亡率较低,不同医院间在早产原因、并发症的种类有明显区别。
Objective: To analyze the birth rate, mortality rate, the causes of preterm birth and the incidence of complications in preterm infants in different hospitals in Yantai, and provide a clinical basis for understanding the situation of premature infants in Yantai. Methods: By analyzing the questionnaire of preterm infants in four hospitals of different grades and types in Yantai in 2008, the differences of birth, mortality, premature labor and complications in different hospitals were compared. Results: The average birth rate of premature infants in 4 hospitals was 4.7%. The birth rate of preterm infants in Yuhuangding Hospital of Yantai was higher than that of other hospitals. The average death rate of premature infants in four hospitals was 5.7%, and the death rate of Zhaoyuan People’s Hospital was significantly higher than that of other hospitals. Yuhuangding Hospital and Yantai Hill Hospital premature labor more common causes of pregnancy-induced hypertension, premature rupture of membranes, multiple births, and Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zhifu District and Zhaoyuan People’s Hospital are premature rupture of membranes, umbilical cord and placental abnormalities. Yuhuangding Hospital respiratory complications most common, Yantai Hill Hospital and Zhifu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital to see the most common jaundice, and Zhaoyuan People’s Hospital to the most common metabolism. Conclusion: The birth and death rates of preterm infants in Yantai are relatively low. There are obvious differences in the causes and complications of premature birth among different hospitals.
