PH82—2—2冬小麦是我国培育的第一个量、质兼顾型的优质面包冬小麦新品种,1992年秋播省内外已达150万亩。在中高肥力栽培条件下,掌握其品种特性和栽培技术,既可保持优质,又可达到亩产400公斤以上,高者可达500公斤左右。一、品种特性在试验和推广中、PH82—2—2表现稳定特性。(一)优品质优良,籽粒容重810~830克、白粒、琥珀色,角质率97%,粗蛋白15.2%,比目前推广的其它品种高出2~3个百分点。湿面筋含量40~45%,沉淀值54.5毫升,百克面粉的面包体积827~880厘米~3,比我国新颂布的一级面包小麦品种的标准高100
