以传动轮产品注射模的设计过程为例,在分析塑料成型工艺和产品结构特点的基础上,基于UG NX 7.0的Mold Wizard模块,对注射模具的设计过程进行了详细的阐述。与传统的注射模设计相比,应用UG NX 7.0的Mold Wizard模块进行注射模设计,可以大大缩短产品研发周期、模具设计周期和加工周期,有效保证注射模设计的准确性,提高设计效率,降低产品开发和模具设计成本。
Taking the design process of injection mold for transmission wheel as an example, the design process of injection mold is elaborated in detail based on the analysis of plastic molding process and product structure characteristics.
