近日,《房地产集合投资信托业务试点管理办法》已由银监会联合央行草拟完毕并负责解释。这份银监会版的REITs方案表明,房地产投资信托业务将由银监会和央行监督管理,中国首只国产REITs的主体上市、交易以及具体投资方案已经基本成形。银监会版REITs的框架初露端倪,虽然缺钱的开发商并没有因此笑逐颜开,投资渠道很少的老百姓也没享受到参与其中的快乐,但《安家》仍然坚定地认为:这次管理办法的出台将会在中国房地产业的发展史上写下浓重的一笔。正如登陆月球的那一小步却带来了人类科技发展质变的一大步那样,我们有充足的理由相信,新管理办法中虽有很多不尽人意之处,但总算跨出了中国楼市质变发展的第一步,就像奥巴马在竞选中喊出那句——Change We Need!
