喉切除术后气管造口复发（ｐｏｓｔｌａｒｙｎｇｅｃｔｏｍｙ ｐｅｒｉｓｔｏｍａｌｒｅｃｕｒｒｅｎｃｅ，ＰＳＲ）是指气管断端与皮肤相连接处的肿瘤复发，是喉癌术后一种特殊类型的复发，影响患者的生存率，国内报告不多。我科１９８０～１９９６年共收治ＰＳＲ患者１６例，
