研究目的:针对提速道岔用滑床板存在扣压力失效、弹片与销钉出现裂纹、滑床台板表面阻力大、轨距调整困难等问题,改进和优化了提速道岔用滑床板的结构。研究结论:研制的改进型滑床板一方面能持久、可靠地扣压基本轨内侧,保持扣压力的恒定,另一方面能够方便、灵活地配合基本轨进行轨距调整;另外,滚轮滑床板减小了道岔转换阻力,降低了尖轨的不足位移,能确保道岔的转换可靠,满足了铁路快速发展对道岔滑床板的使用要求。
The purpose of this study was to improve and optimize the structure of slide deck for speed-up turnout with the problems of buckling pressure failure, crack of shrapnel and pin, surface resistance of slide deck, difficulty in adjusting gauge and so on. Research conclusions: The developed improved skidboard can not only buckle the inside of the basic rail reliably and keep the buckle constant, but also can adjust the gauge easily and flexibly with the basic rail. In addition, the roller skidboard decreases The resistance of the turnout is changed, the lack of displacement of the sharp rail is reduced, the conversion of the turnout is ensured, and the use requirement of the railroad slippery deck is satisfied by the rapid development of the railway.
