本文应用细胞培养方法对马钱子中提取分离的6种生物碱进行细胞毒性试验。观察不同浓度的生物碱影响HeLa细胞的形态变化及增殖抑制率,并计算出各生物碱的半数抑制量(IC50)。结果表明:异士的宁氮氧化物(ISO)抑制作用最强,异马钱子氮氧化物(IBO)抑制作用最弱。
In this paper, cell culture methods were used to conduct cytotoxicity tests on six alkaloids extracted and separated from Strychnos nux-vomica. Observation of different concentrations of alkaloids affected the morphological changes and proliferation inhibition rate of HeLa cells, and calculated the half inhibition (IC50) of each alkaloid. The results showed that the inhibition of nitrogen oxides (ISO) was the strongest among isothiamine and the inhibitory effect of isobornomic oxide (IBO) was the weakest.
