上消化道大出血是临床常见的一种急症。我院于1983～1984年,应用中西医结合治疗上消化道大出血28例,收到较好的止血效果。现报告如下: 临床资料一般资料:本组28例中,男25例,女3例;年龄17～63岁,其中31～50岁者18例,约占64.3％单纯便血者9例,单纯呕血者5例,呕血兼便血者14例,估计出血总量500毫升以内者5例,500～1000毫升者8例,1000～3000毫升者13例,3000毫升以上者2例。血红蛋白>10g％7例,10～6g％13例,
