深圳市饮乐汽水厂随特区的诞生而生,随特区的成长而长。饮乐汽水厂的开拓者同特区所有开拓者一样,不论经历多少风雨坎坷,始终如一地探索、开拓、改革、锐进,终于闯出了一条通往成功的路。在治理整顿的今天,我们同所有企业一样,有必要对十年开放改革进行回顾与反思,以便从中吸取经验和教训,更好地走向未来。一、党的开放改革政策是搞好企业的根本没有党的开放政策就没有特区,更不会有饮乐汽水厂的今天。当年饮乐汽水厂的开拓者们在党的十一届三中全会精神的鼓舞和指引下,以不屈不挠的意志,排除各种错误思想的干扰,搬开一块又一块拦路石,终于在1981年3月获广东省特区管理
