目的 探讨伴有眼球其他组织外伤的复杂的外伤性白内障的手术方法。方法 各类复杂的外伤性白内障 361例 364眼 ,根据外伤性白内障及其他组织外伤的不同情况 ,分别采取伤口修复、眼前段结构重建、前路晶状体玻璃体切除、眼内异物摘出联合白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术 ,术后观察并发症及出院时视力。结果 术后视力 <0 0 5者 72眼 ,0 0 5～ 0 2者 18眼 ,0 3～ 0 4者 10 7眼 ,0 5～ 0 9者 12 8眼 ,≥ 1 0者 2 6眼 ;儿童视力检查不合作者 13眼。结论 对伴有其他组织外伤的复杂的外伤性白内障采取相应的联合手术方式 ,可获得满意的效果。
Objective To investigate the surgical methods of complicated traumatic cataract with traumatic eyeballs. Methods A total of 361 cases of complicated traumatic cataract were included in this study. According to the traumatic cataract and other tissue trauma, 364 cases of traumatic cataract were treated with wound repair, anterior segment reconstruction, anterior vitreorectomy, intraocular foreign body extraction combined with cataract extraction and artificial Lens implantation, postoperative complications and visual acuity after discharge. Results Postoperative visual acuity was less than 0.05 in 0 eyes, 0 eyes in 0 0 eyes, eyes in 0 0 ~ 0 eyes in 2 eyes, eyes in 0 0 ~ 13 eyes of non-co-workers. Conclusions The corresponding combined surgery for complex traumatic cataract with other tissue trauma can achieve satisfactory results.
