根据工程中比较常用的同向捻制的1×7+IWS型钢丝绳结构特点,采用先建立钢丝绳绳芯再建立绳股模型的方案,借助UG软件建立了圆股形钢丝绳半参数化几何模型。将模型导入ANSYS软件中,并对轴向加载条件下的钢丝绳应力应变情况进行模拟分析,以得到摩擦系数μ对钢丝绳服役中的应力和变形的影响规律。分析计算结果表明,摩擦系数μ是影响钢丝绳寿命的主要因素之一,摩擦系数μ过大或过小对钢丝绳的应力应变都有影响。
According to the structural characteristics of 1 × 7 + IWS wire rope which is commonly used in construction, the semi-parametric geometric model of round wire rope is established by means of UG software. The model was imported into ANSYS software, and the stress and strain of wire rope under axial loading were simulated and analyzed to get the influence of friction coefficient μ on the stress and deformation of wire rope during service. The results of analysis and calculation show that the friction coefficient μ is one of the main factors affecting the life of the steel wire rope. If the friction coefficient μ is too large or too small, the stress and strain of the steel wire rope will be affected.
