提出基于精密机载三维激光扫描测量的高速公路改扩建勘察设计新方法,研究精密激光点云数据的获取及车道标线激光点的提取技术,基于激光点云数据的路线平、纵、横拟合设计与纵、横断面设计线自动生成技术,从而在不干扰现有道路交通流的情况下,实现高速公路基础设施三维信息的高精度提取与改扩建勘测设计。京港澳高速公路京石段(K45~K236)应用表明:该方法经济、高效、安全,成果精度完全满足高速公路改扩建详测与施工图设计要求。
