采用MS添加不同激素组合的培养基,探讨青蒿同源四倍体快速繁殖的适宜培养基,为最终建立青蒿同源四倍体快繁体系奠定基础。对其田间生长3个月的不同株系进行青蒿素含量测定,旨在筛选出有效成分最高的青蒿同源四倍体株系。结果表明:青蒿同源四倍体丛生芽诱导的最佳条件为MS+6-BA(6-苄氨基嘌呤)0.5 mg/L+IAA(吲哚乙酸)0.1 mg/L;在青蒿6个四倍体株系中,青蒿素含量相对二倍体株系的都有不同程度的提高,青蒿四倍体株系的平均青蒿素含量为二倍体的1.50倍。
Using MS medium supplemented with different hormones to explore the suitable culture medium for the rapid propagation of autotetraploid of Artemisia annua, which laid the foundation for the establishment of a rapid propagation system of autotetraploid Artemisia annua. The artemisinin content was determined in different lines of 3 months in the field and aimed to screen the autotetraploid line of A. annua with the highest active ingredient. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the induction of tetraploid shoots from A. annua were 0.5 mg / L MS + 6-BA (6-benzylaminopurine) and 0.1 mg / L IAA Among the tetraploids, the content of artemisinin was increased to some extent compared with that of diploid. The average artemisinin content of tetraploids was 1.50 times that of diploid.
