目的:比较川续断超微粉和细粉川续断皂苷Ⅵ的溶出特性。方法:采用HPLC法测定川续断超微粉和细粉中川续断皂苷Ⅵ绝对含量、1h体外溶出量和溶出速率。结果:川续断超微粉和普通粉中川续断皂苷Ⅵ绝对含量分别为4.87%、4.74%,1h后溶出量分别为48.2mg/g、47.5mg/g,溶出速度参数T0.9分别为0.23min、10.41min。结论:川续断超微粉碎并不会影响川续断皂苷Ⅵ的绝对含量和体外溶出量,但可明显提高其溶出速率。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the dissolution characteristics of Dioscin VI and powdered Dioscin VI. METHODS: HPLC method was used to determine the absolute content of saponin VI, the amount of dissolution in vitro and the dissolution rate in vitro of ultrafine powder and fine powder. RESULTS: The absolute contents of saponins VI in chuanxiongdu ultrafine powder and ordinary powder were 4.87% and 4.74%, respectively. After 1 hour, the absolute amounts were 48.2mg/g and 47.5mg/g respectively. The dissolution rate parameters T0.9 were 0.23 respectively. Min, 10.41 min. Conclusion: The ultrafine pulverization of Chuan Dipsacus does not affect the absolute content and in vitro dissolution of Diosgenin VI, but it can significantly increase the dissolution rate.
