1 概述笔者有机会参加了某大型水利工程施工监理工作,首次接触到振动沉模防渗板墙新施工工艺在水利工程中应用,该施工工艺采用大功率、高频振动器将专用的H型矩形空腹钢模板振动沉入土体至设计深度,在起拔模板的同时灌注粉煤灰砂浆,由此形成单元防渗板体。笔者想就振动沉模防渗板墙施工监理谈些粗浅看法。2 施工质量控制标准的目标及检验方法(见表)3 质量控制措施3.1 事前控制3.1.1 审查承包单位施工资质及质量保证体系的层次性、全面性。3.1.2 审查施工组织设计。3.1.2.1 审查施工规范、标准采用的准确性。3.1.2.2 审查施工平面布置,重点是砂浆泵送系统和沉模施工的合理性。
