企业的发展和员工管理有非常重要的联系,以人为本的企业管理理念是社会对企业提出的要求,如果企业无视这条规定,那么企业的发展必然会受到重创,如何管理好人,是一个企业必须要考虑的问题,让以人为本的理念在管理过程中充分体现,并融入到管理的每一个细节,正是本文探讨的问题,而在下文中笔者将从绩效管理方面进行分析,来判定企业在管理中的不足并在本文最后给出结论。
