目的了解儿童期虐待与大学生危险行为的关系,为大学生危险行为早期干预提供科学依据。方法抽取山东省烟台市4所大学的1 000名大学生,进行儿童期虐待问卷(CTQ)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、自杀意念量表(BSSI)及自拟一般状况问卷调查。结果 1 000名大学生儿童期虐待发生率为11.1%,大学生儿童期虐待以情感虐待(97.2%)与情感忽视(74.7%)为主。轮廓分析显示,抑郁症分级严重程度越高,5种不同虐待类型的得分也越高(F=790.5,P<0.05)。大学生儿童期虐待与自杀意念、抑郁症、吸毒及自我伤害4种危险行为均呈正相关(r值分别为0.120,0.129,0.101,0.110,P值均<0.05)。结论儿童期虐待是大学生发生自杀、抑郁等危险行为的重要相关因素,学校应针对有童年期虐待经历的大学生进行早期干预。
Objective To understand the relationship between childhood abuse and college students ’risk behaviors and provide a scientific basis for the early intervention of college students’ risk behaviors. Methods A total of 1,000 college students from 4 universities in Yantai, Shandong Province were recruited to conduct a questionnaire on Childhood Abuse Questionnaire (CTQ), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), BSSI and self-designed General Condition Questionnaire. Results The prevalence of childhood abuse in 1 000 college students was 11.1%. The prevalence of childhood abuse among college students was mainly emotional abuse (97.2%) and neglect of emotion (74.7%). Contour analysis showed that the higher the grading severity of depression, the higher the scores of five different types of abuse (F = 790.5, P <0.05). Childhood abuse among college students was positively correlated with risk behaviors such as suicidal ideation, depression, drug abuse and self-harm (r = 0.120,0.129,0.101,0.110, P <0.05). Conclusion Childhood abuse is an important factor related to college students’ dangerous behavior such as suicide and depression. Schools should take early intervention for college students with childhood abuse experience.
