对按照规范焊接的3组T91试样进行不同温度(640、760和880℃)的焊后热处理,再对三组试样进行硬度测试并观察母材、HAZ及焊缝的组织。结果表明:焊后热处理超温导致焊缝硬化、HAZ软化,焊缝组织粗大;焊后热处理温度不足导致焊缝硬化,但HAZ的硬度变化不大。
Three sets of T91 specimens welded according to specifications were subjected to post-weld heat treatment at different temperatures (640, 760 and 880 ° C). Three sets of specimens were tested for hardness and the microstructure of the parent material, HAZ and weld were observed. The results show that the overheating after soldering heat treatment leads to the weld hardening and HAZ softening, and the weld microstructure is coarse. The welding temperature is not enough to cause the weld to be hardened after welding, but the hardness of HAZ does not change much.
