金属刷镀又称为快速电镀、选择性电镀、无槽电镀和涂镀、一九八三年五月一日由国家统计局定为“刷镀”。国家经委将刷镀列为“六五”计划重点推广的新技术之一。刷镀技术主要用来修复和强化机械设备,使零件表面恢复尺寸、精度、几何形状及光洁度,增强表面耐磨性及耐腐蚀性。由于它具有工艺简单,镀积速度快,结合强度高,镀后一般不需机械加工,不受场地限制等优点,所以广泛用于机械、交通、军工、矿山、轻工业等行业。
Metal brush plating, also known as rapid plating, selective plating, plating and plating without plating, May 1, 1983 by the National Bureau of Statistics as “brush plating.” The State Economic Commission listed the brushes as one of the key technologies popularized in the 6th Five-Year Plan. Brush plating technology is mainly used to repair and strengthen machinery and equipment, so that parts of the surface to restore size, accuracy, geometry and finish, enhance the surface wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in machinery, transportation, military, mining, light industry and other industries due to its advantages of simple process, fast deposition rate, high bonding strength, no mechanical processing after plating, and no restriction on site.
