笔者常年教学高三数学,发现许多学生在高考中往往由于一些非智力因素而导致失分,因而觉得非常可惜,倍感遗憾。失分就主要表现在学生阅读题目不仔细、计算过程中马虎等。因此在高三的教学中,尤其是针对马上面临高考的学生,我们除了要启迪学生的思维,开发学生的智力,培养学生能力,还必须把非智力因素的培养融于教学中,把培养学生非智力因素作为一种教学手段来提升学生的分数。下面结合学生的表现谈谈我在教学中培养学生非智力因素的一些做法。在教学中发现,差生中的绝大多数智力并不差,可见决定差生的因素往往是非智力因素。非智力因素是相对智力因素来说的,一般认为智力因素包括六个方面:注意力、观
