1 一般资料①年龄自60～86岁,平均年龄73.5岁。②病程最长者达22年,最短者为1年。③97例中有45例系急性尿潴留入院,52例为排尿困难.④术前有65例经尿道留置导尿管引流,3例经耻骨上膀胱穿刺造瘘引流.⑤伴有冠心病者44例,并发高血压者6例,肾功受损者18例。⑥摘除之前列腺最小重25g,最大420g. 2 手术方法 下腹正中切口.暴露并用弯止血钳戳穿分开膀胱,探查膀胱内情况.右手食指入后尿道.于前列腺两叶间压向前包膜,使尿道粘膜裂开,从此裂口向两侧分离,将前列腺从外科包膜剥出.迅速将热盐水
