系统理论认为,一切事物都是由要素组成的有机整体,要素与要素之间、要素与整体之间、整体与环境之间都存在着相互依赖、相互结合、相互制约的关系。学校教师的激励措施也不例外,遵循系统理论要求我们改单一的激励手段为多元的激励手段。本文引入了波特—劳勒激励模型,从教师的职业特点出发,构建了学校教师的综合激励系统,并在此基础上提出若干实施建议。
System theory holds that everything is an organic whole made up of elements. There are interdependence, mutual binding and mutual restraint relations between elements and elements, between elements and the whole, and between the whole and the environment. The motivation of school teachers is no exception, follow the system theory requires that we change the single incentive means for multiple incentives. This paper introduces the Porter - Lawler incentive model, starting from the professional characteristics of teachers, to build a comprehensive incentive system for school teachers, and on this basis, put forward some implementation suggestions.
