筛选了10份含云南蛮耗斑茅血缘的创新种质材料,以选三、ROC10、闽糖69-421为对照进行了人工干旱胁迫条件下的丙二醛含量、相对质膜透性、株高伤害率、正二叶相对重量、蔗汁锤度、光合作用强度6个生理生化指标的测定及其不同指标组合间隶属函数均值的变化比较。结果表明:在云瑞系列10个参试品系中,有云瑞05-782、05-784两个品系的抗旱性表现优于ROC10,可作为抗旱育种的主要亲本材料加以利用;另外,正二叶相对重量、蔗汁锤度、光合作用强度(半叶法)3个指标与丙二醛含量、相对质膜透性、株高伤害率3个常用指标的鉴定结果相吻合,前者较后者具有设备要求不高,简便易行的特点,因此,我们认为:正二叶相对重量、蔗汁锤度、光合作用强度3个指标可作为衡量甘蔗品种抗旱性的参考指标。
