目的优选舒脊片的最佳水提工艺,并对提取液干燥方式进行考察。方法以芍药苷的含量和干浸膏量为评价指标,选取加水量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选舒脊片的最佳水提取工艺;以膏粉含水量作为评价指标,选取料液相对密度、进风温度和出风温度为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选水提浓缩液喷雾干燥工艺。结果最佳水提工艺为加10倍量的水煎煮2次,每次2 h,其中提取次数为主要因素;喷雾干燥药液相对密度为1.10(60℃)、进风温度为190℃、出风温度为85℃较为合适,其中药液相对密度为主要因素。结论优选出的提取工艺、干燥工艺稳定可行、科学合理,可用于工业化大生产。
Objective To optimize the best water extraction technology for Shuji tablets and investigate the drying method of extracts. Methods The content of paeoniflorin and the amount of dry extract as evaluation index, select the amount of water, extraction time and the number of extraction as the investigation factors, orthogonal experimental method Shukuang best water extraction process; the cream water content as Evaluation index, choose the relative density of feed liquid, inlet air temperature and outlet air temperature as the investigation factors, using orthogonal test to optimize water spray concentrate spray drying process. Results The optimum water-extraction process was boiling twice with 10 times the amount of water for 2 h each time, and the number of extraction was the main factor. The relative density of the spray-dried liquid was 1.10 (60 ℃), the inlet air temperature was 190 ℃, Air temperature of 85 ℃ is more appropriate, in which the relative density of liquid medicine as the main factor. Conclusion The optimized extraction process and drying process are stable and feasible, scientific and reasonable, and can be used for industrialized large-scale production.
