中国跨国企业“走出去”的战略最早在2000年世纪之交由党中央国务院提出,至今已有12个年头,在这不平凡的12年中,“走出去”战略成为拉动国内经济的一股巨大力量,尤其在加入WTO后,中国的整体经济发展,企业文化,都融入到全球的浪潮中,并迅速壮大了自身的实力,但在复杂的国内国际环境下,国内企业真正实现走出去还存在着很多的困境与阻力。本文就这十几年的发展做出总结与思考,对国内企业未来走出去战略提出自己的建议与展望。
The strategy of China’s multinational corporations “going global” was first proposed by the State Council of the Party Central Committee at the turn of the century 2000 and has been in existence for 12 years.
