《孙子兵法》是我国悠久的历史文化遗产,其管理思想极为丰富,但真正把孙子兵法与运动队管理结合的研究还属空白。本文希望能以此启发读者,把我国的历史文化遗产借鉴到运动队管理中来。
“Art of War” is a long history and cultural heritage of our country, its management thought is extremely rich, but the real research on the combination of Sun Tzu and sports team management is still blank. This article hopes to inspire readers and draw lessons from our historical and cultural heritage to sports team management.
