我县自1992年以来,对全县的乡镇卫生院职工实行了退休基金统筹。从实施四年来的情况来看,成效较明显,乡镇卫生院的退休经费实行均衡负担且有所减轻,退休职工的工资有了保证。实践结果表明,在贫困地区,乡镇卫生院职工实行退休基金统筹的做法,是解除乡镇卫生院和职工的后顾之忧,保障退休人员晚年享有“老有所养”的社会主义福利待遇的一条正确途径,深受基层医务人员的欢迎。
Since 1992, my county has implemented pension fund pooling for workers in township health centers across the county. Judging from the implementation of the situation in the past four years, the results have been more obvious. The retirement funds of township and township hospitals have been balanced and reduced, and the wages of retired workers have been guaranteed. The practical results show that in poverty-stricken areas, the practice of co-ordinating the retirement funds of employees of township and township health centers is to remove the worries of the township health centers and staff, and to ensure that retirees enjoy the “right old-minded” socialist welfare benefits in the later years.
