钙钛矿型催化剂催化氧化碳黑的活性分析

用柠檬酸配位燃烧法合成了La0.5K0.5BO3和La2-xKxCuO4系列钙钛矿氧化物催化剂,使用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)方法对催化剂结构进行表征,通过TG-DTA技术对这些催化剂对碳黑燃烧反应的活性评价。结果表明,钙钛矿B位金属元素不同或A位元素被部分取代后,催化剂仍然保持了完整的钙钛矿复合氧化物结构,这些催化剂对消除柴油机尾气中的碳黑颗粒具有良好的活性。当钙钛矿B位金属为Cu时,催化剂的活性最高。其中改变A位被K取代的值时催化剂活性也有所改变,当x值为0.5时活性最高。 La0.5K0.5BO3 and La2-xKxCuO4 series perovskite oxide catalysts were synthesized by the coordination combustion of citric acid. The structure of the catalysts was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The catalysts were characterized by TG-DTA Activity Evaluation of Carbon Black Combustion Reaction. The results show that the catalyst retains a complete perovskite structure after the metal elements of the B site of the perovskite are substituted or the A site elements are partially replaced. These catalysts have good activity in eliminating carbon black particles from the tail gas of the diesel engine. When the perovskite B metal is Cu, the catalyst has the highest activity. The activity of catalyst was also changed when the value of A was replaced by K, and the activity was the highest when the value of x was 0.5.
