针对某专用分动器的工作特性,利用有限元法建立分动器箱体的有限元模型,基于箱体静强度和模态分析分析结果,采用变密度法对箱体展开以加权应变能最小为优化目标,位移、体积分数和应力为约束下的结构拓扑优化,在此基础上根据拓扑密度云图对其进行优化设计,优化后箱体质量减轻8%。分析结果表明,优化后的分动器箱体综合性能得到提高,实现了箱体的轻量化设计。
According to the working characteristics of a special transfer case, the finite element method is used to establish the finite element model of the transfer case. Based on the static strength and modal analysis results of the box, the densification method is adopted to detonate the box to minimize the weighted strain energy In order to optimize the structural topology optimization under the constraints of the target, displacement, volume fraction and stress, the topological density cloud is optimized based on this topology structure, and the optimized box body quality is reduced by 8%. The analysis results show that the optimized performance of the transfer case is improved and the weight of the case is reduced.
