泰勒科学管理理论倡导用科学管理代替经验管理,强调人是核心要素,提倡要关心人、尊重人、发展人。在当代中国,走中国特色社会主义教育发展道路,发展中国特色社会主义教育事业,就要坚持科学发展观这一科学理论,贯彻科学发展观这一重大战略思想,以科学发展观作为教育发展的重要指导方针,努力解决好实现什么样的教育发展和怎样发展教育的问题。具体到大学管理中也同样如此,在科学发展观的统领下,我国在大学管理方面关于创新、创新教育、创新人才、创新体系的研究成果大量涌现,成就斐然。新的时代正在呼唤着大学管理的创新,呼唤着大学管理的新思维、新观念、新谋略与新方法。
