目的 :通过检测多索茶碱 (Dox)在大鼠体内的血药浓度 ,分析红霉素对 Dox药代动力学参数的影响。方法 :用微量取血及反相高效液相色谱法 (RP- HPL C)检测 Dox的血药浓度 ,数据用“3P87”程序计算机处理。结果 :红霉素使 Dox吸收时间缩短 ,峰浓度略有下降 ,曲线下面积减小 ,对其消除过程基本无影响。结论 :两药联用时 ,红霉素不增加多索茶碱的毒性 ,仅轻微影响其药效 ,而对 Dox的代谢过程影响不大
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of erythromycin on the pharmacokinetic parameters of Dox by detecting the concentration of doxofylline (Dox) in rats. Methods: The blood concentration of Dox was detected by micro-bleed and reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPL C). The data were processed by “3P87” program. Results: Erythromycin shortened the absorption time of Dox, the peak concentration decreased slightly, and the area under the curve decreased, which had no effect on its elimination process. CONCLUSION: Erythromycin did not increase the toxicity of doxofylline when used in combination with the two drugs, only slightly affected its efficacy, but had little effect on the metabolic process of Dox
