NF-κB是一种具有多向性调节作用的蛋白质分子,参与调控多种因子的基因表达,在免疫调控、炎症、应激反应及细胞凋亡中起重要作用。其异常激活则参与了人类多种肿瘤的发病过程,目前研究表明,NF-κB通路及下游靶基因的的活化与子宫肌瘤的形成有关,并通过影响细胞凋亡、多种细胞生长因子发挥作用。但在子宫肌瘤发生发展中NF-κB信号与细胞因子的相互影响等研究仍旧没有完善。因而随着NF-κB信号与细胞因子相互作用的深入研究可使NF-κB信号通路成为基因治疗子宫肌瘤的新靶点。因此寻找天然特异性NF-κB抑制剂也为子宫肌瘤的治疗提供了新的思路。
NF-κB is a kind of protein molecule with multidirectional regulation. It participates in the regulation of gene expression of many factors and plays an important role in immune regulation, inflammation, stress response and apoptosis. The abnormal activation is involved in the pathogenesis of many human tumors, the current study shows that activation of NF-κB pathway and downstream target genes and the formation of uterine fibroids, and through the influence of apoptosis, a variety of cell growth factors play effect. However, the development of uterine fibroids in the NF-κB signal interaction with cytokines and other research is still not perfect. Therefore, with the in-depth study of the interaction between NF-κB signaling and cytokines, NF-κB signaling pathway has become a new target of gene therapy for uterine fibroids. Therefore looking for natural specific NF-κB inhibitors also provides a new idea for the treatment of uterine fibroids.
